Booking and Reservation

Guests must provide accurate check-in and check-out dates in the format DD-MM-YYYY. Any promotional offers or discounts must be applied at the time of booking. Reservation confirmation is subject to availability and review by Outback Resorts.

Stay Policies

Guests must adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times. The number of occupants per room must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit. Any special requests should be communicated during the reservation process and are subject to availability.

Payment and Cancellation

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Cancellations made within the specified time frame are eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in eviction from the resort without refund.

Liability and Responsibility

Outback Resorts is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

Privacy and Data Protection

Guest information collected during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Other Provisions

Outback Resorts reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By making a reservation, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
